What we do to help prevent the spread of COVID-19?

The health and safety of employees and customers is a top priority. In addition to our standard sanitation procedures, as part of Mie.Higashimoto’s response to coronavirus, our teams:

 

  • Have implemented contactless operations

  • Sanitize each station, rooms, and all equipment before and after use them (Isopropyl alcohol (over 75%), ozone water, and Hypochlorous acid)

  • Are trained on social distancing best practices behind the counter

  • Have installed protective barriers

  • Have installed hand sanitizers in all rooms and each station

  • Have installed air purifiers (Ozone generator)

  • Are wearing masks or face coverings

  • Have extra PPE for customers

  • Air circulation by opening windows and fan

  • Check staff and customers temperature

  • Stopped serving water

  • One customer at the time

  • 5 min interval each appointment slot

  • No waiting area available
